"We originally contacted several bathroom renovation specialists and Mario was the second one to come out and look at our job. We weren’t clear on what we wanted so quality advice was critical for us. Mario was really great at discussing and explaining all the options and benefits of a total bathroom renovation or just a shower area one which was our greatest need.
We never felt that Mario was trying to upsell us and gave really clear advise on how we could achieve what we wanted at a reasonable cost. The quote from Geelong Bathroom Renovations was clear and inline with a second quote but the advice that Mario was able to provide made me feel the most comfortable with him and Graham’s service.
There were several issues once the demolition commenced around the condition of frame and again the advice on resolution and quality of work to rectify was excellent. The guys were very reasonable on costs associated with this rectification and they delivered some upside on the original plan as a result.
The tidy work the guys did was outstanding – drop sheets everywhere and seeing them clean the remainder of the bathroom down and mop the floor was testament to their attention to detail and quality workmanship. The final result is better than we could have expected so we are ecstatic.
We would have no hesitation to recommend Graeme and Mario and Geelong Bathroom Renovations for any job large or small – friendly, quality work, attention to detail and great advice.
